Each of the three apartments are tastefully decorated and have their own well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, full oven and hob, etc., a spacious lounge with comfortable sofa-bed, music system and computer with free broadband internet access and original artwork, as well as separate bathrooms and wcs. children and well behaved pets are welcome, with a high chair, toy box and plastic utensils available for children under five.

Couiza is a thriving village with all amenities, including 2 restaurants, cafe bars, a local shop, etc. There is river swimming a short walk from the gite in the river salz and we are 4km from rennes-le-chateau. Limoux and quillan are both a short drive away and other local attractions include museums, canoeing and other water sports, thermal spas, etc. On there are links to summer and winter events, restaurants, markets, walking, etc.
